Franchise Sales Representative (Commission-Based | Remote)

Are you an experienced and driven sales professional with a passion for building brands? Kava Luv Social Lounge is looking for a  Franchise Sales Representative  to join our team and help expand our growing franchise network.

Kava Luv Social Lounge is a unique community-driven kava bar that serves botanical teas, including Kava, Kratom, Damiana, and Blue Lotus. We create handcrafted mocktails and cultivate a welcoming space where people from all walks of life come together. With a thriving presence in Southwest Florida, we are now offering franchise opportunities to passionate entrepreneurs who want to bring the Kava Luv experience to new locations.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to  drive franchise sales  and grow our brand nationwide. This is a  fully commission-based  role with  high earning potential . Compensation will be structured based on experience and performance.

This position is  remote , but the selected candidate must be available for  weekly meetings  (in person or virtually) and occasional travel for franchise-related events.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and qualify  potential franchisees interested in owning a Kava Luv Social Lounge.
• Lead and manage  the franchise sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing.
• Develop and implement  sales strategies to meet and exceed franchise acquisition goals.
• Conduct presentations and meetings  to educate prospects on the benefits of owning a Kava Luv franchise.
• Collaborate with the executive team  to refine and improve franchise sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records  of franchise leads, communications, and deal progress.
