Application Support Analyst

Kavaliro is seeking an Application Support Analyst in the Atlanta area.

Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for internal applications (primarily ERP and other major business applications) to 150 users.
• Assist with data analytics and reporting.
• Provide System Administration assistance when needed.
  

Required Experience:

• 2 years of helpdesk experience.
• MS365, SSO, Azure, SharePoint
• ERP background (Viewpoint construction software preferred but not required)
  

Nice to have Experience:

• Power BI
• SSRS
• Crystal Reports
