Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)

Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and project management experience for a long-term contract opportunity.

DUTIES:

• Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement CRM solutions to meet business objectives.
• Perform data analysis and generate insightful reports to support business decisions.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on CRM functionalities.
• Monitor CRM system performance and resolve any issues that arise.
• Manage and coordinate CRM-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress.
• Stay current with the latest CRM trends, updates, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Project management experience, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
• Knowledge of data migration processes and tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
