Business Analyst – Data Discovery & OKR Tracking
MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING ONSITE 3 DAYS A WEEK

Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support data discovery and OKR (KPI) tracking initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing sustainable reporting tools, assisting project teams with data needs, and identifying key insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as experience with Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sustainable reporting tools to monitor and track OKRs.
  
  
• Assist project teams ("squads") with daily data needs, ensuring proper prioritization.
  
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key data values and uncover business opportunities.
  
  
• Work with data and MI (Management Information) resources to gather necessary source details for analytics and reporting.
  
  
• Support the development of proactive identification models to improve data-driven decision-making.
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau (or similar data visualization tools).
  
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  
  
• Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights for business growth.
  
  
• Experience in data discovery and KPI tracking.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or automation.
  
  
• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools.
  
  
• Background in management reporting, financial analytics, or operations.
