Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Stakeholder Communication & Leadership:
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
- Facilitate meetings and provide regular project updates.
Risk & Quality Management:
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success and identify improvements.
Technology & Process Improvement:
- Lead agile/scrum or waterfall project methodologies.
- Implement best practices for IT infrastructure, software development, or cloud transformation projects.
- Optimize workflows and improve IT service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) – required.
- 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing IT projects such as cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives, or ERP implementations.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
