IT Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking IT Senior Manager to lead innovation, drive transformative change, and oversee all IT infrastructure operations. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of implementing cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance business performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with business goals.
  
  
• Lead IT infrastructure teams, including network, server, storage, and cloud environments.
  
  
• Identify and implement innovative technologies to improve system efficiency and user experience.
  
  
• Oversee IT operations, ensuring high availability, security, and disaster recovery preparedness.
  
  
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement for technology solutions.
  
  
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  
  
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with a history of driving technology innovation.
  
  
• Proven ability to manage complex IT infrastructure projects.
  
  
• Expertise in network design, cloud computing, virtualization, and data center management.
  
  
• Knowledge of IT security principles and regulatory compliance.
  
  
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  
  

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
  
• 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a related leadership role.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital transformation and emerging technologies.
  
  
• ITIL certification or similar process improvement methodologies.
  
  
• Familiarity with Agile project management frameworks.
