Primary Responsibilities:
- Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
- Inspecting computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards, headsets, etc.) to ensure functionality
- Installing and configuring software according to specifications and company security policies
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, network devices, and printers
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support to company employees (both in person and over the phone)
- Setting up user accounts
- Repairing and replacing equipment
- Training junior staff, as necessary
Required Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of the Windows operating system (preferably Windows 10 Enterprise)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft O365
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SSO login issues
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Problem solving skills
- Enthusiastic about working collaboratively
