Our client, a leading construction firm in Fort Lauderdale, is seeking an experienced Marketing Proposal Manager to lead their proposal development efforts. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional with a strong background in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development of compelling proposals and marketing materials to support business development efforts.
- Supervise and mentor a marketing team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
- Oversee proposal strategy, content development, and design to align with company branding and client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and technical teams, to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Utilize Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Maintain and enhance proposal templates, marketing collateral, and presentation materials.
- Drive innovation in marketing strategies and embrace new approaches to improve proposal success rates.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing proposal development, specifically within the A/E/C industry.
- Proven experience managing a marketing team.
- Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
