Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive project teams ("squads") to execute prioritized initiatives.
- Collaborate with partner organizations to identify and address top business needs.
- Aid in the development of key requirements, OKRs, and success metrics.
- Engage with stakeholders to track and ensure progress on critical transformation efforts.
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on program and project advancements.
- Support and enforce Change Management strategies to ensure smooth transitions across teams.
- Strong program management experience with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
- Leadership skills to guide and influence product, operations, and development teams.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear readouts to senior leadership.
- Problem-solving mindset to proactively address challenges and drive solutions.
- Experience with organizational transformation and change management frameworks.
- Background in agile methodologies or working within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with OKRs and KPI-driven performance tracking.
