Change Management Program Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a Change Management Program Manager to support Delivery Change Managers in driving product delivery and business transformation initiatives. This role will ensure effective Change Management across the organization, working closely with product, operations, and development teams to align priorities and execute key business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong program management skills, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication to provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive project teams ("squads") to execute prioritized initiatives.
  
  
• Collaborate with partner organizations to identify and address top business needs.
  
  
• Aid in the development of key requirements, OKRs, and success metrics.
  
  
• Engage with stakeholders to track and ensure progress on critical transformation efforts.
  
  
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership on program and project advancements.
  
  
• Support and enforce Change Management strategies to ensure smooth transitions across teams.
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong program management experience with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
  
  
• Leadership skills to guide and influence product, operations, and development teams.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear readouts to senior leadership.
  
  
• Problem-solving mindset to proactively address challenges and drive solutions.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with organizational transformation and change management frameworks.
  
  
• Background in agile methodologies or working within cross-functional teams.
  
  
• Familiarity with OKRs and KPI-driven performance tracking.
