Role Summary: The administrative assistant will be responsible for maintaining intra-office communications and protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, data entry, overseeing the general administrative function and activities of the office, and providing direct support to the company’s management team.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties Include, but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain organizational procedures and systems in support of office operations.
Maintain and keep organized office supply inventory.
Maintain travel, calendars, and shared schedules.
Manage office files and implementation of efficient system for access and retrieval of such files.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and customer inquiries.
Distribute company mail.
Create and maintain asset inventory databases.
Maintain and upkeep of office equipment, furniture, shared kitchen area, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
Provide administrative support for all management personnel, including data entry, form creation, etc.
Monitor and update all policies and procedures.
Other duties, as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite & other applicable company software.
Supply management experience.
Ability to identify solutions and execute standard processes.
Comfortable with fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Teamwork and collaboration while also to be self-motivated.
Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
Experience/Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required with 2 years professional administrative experience.
