Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive loan origination growth.
- Lead marketing team to create campaigns that attract potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with motorcycle dealerships and other partners to generate leads.
- Develop and implement dealer incentive programs to motivate and reward performance
- Provide training and support to dealers to enhance their sales capabilities
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with Kawasaki Motors to support sales initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Underwriting:
- Oversee the underwriting process to ensure timely and accurate loan approvals.
- Develop and implement underwriting policies and procedures that balance risk and reward.
- Train and mentor underwriting staff to maintain high standards of credit analysis and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Funding:
- Manage the loan funding process to ensure timely disbursement of funds to Dealers.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure adequate funding availability.
- Monitor and report on funding metrics and performance.
- Address any issues or discrepancies in the funding process promptly.
- Operations Management:
- Lead and manage the origination operations team, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the loan origination process.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on origination operations performance to senior management.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans based on data analysis to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in loan origination, underwriting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle finance and lending practices.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range:
$185,000 - $195,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
