As an AI Innovation Lawyer, you will lead the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies into legal practice, transforming workflows, enhancing client service, and positioning the firm as a leader in AI-driven legal solutions. This high-impact role requires a forward-thinking, strategic professional who is passionate about legal technology and adept at driving cultural and behavioral change within a global law firm. You will not only evaluate and implement AI tools but also design engaging training, demos, and thought leadership initiatives that inspire adoption among lawyers and clients alike.

Responsibilities for A.I. Innovation Attorney:

• Evaluate, test, and compare AI technologies, analyzing their applications in legal practice and reporting key insights to firm leadership.
• Collaborate with practice groups and Knowledge & Innovation (K&I) Attorneys to identify processes that can be optimized using AI-driven solutions.
• Develop and refine custom AI workflows and prompts, ensuring seamless integration into legal practice.
• Drive firm-wide and client-facing adoption of AI tools through compelling training programs, workshops, and live demonstrations.
• Market the firm’s AI capabilities by crafting strategic presentations, award submissions, and client engagement materials, positioning the firm as an AI leader.
• Partner with internal teams such as Finance, Recruiting, and Training to assess AI’s broader impact on business operations and talent development.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in LLMs and Generative AI, providing strategic recommendations for the firm’s innovation roadmap.

Requirements for A.I. Innovation Attorney:

• J.D. required, with a minimum of 3 years of AI experience in an AM 100 Firm.
• Deep interest in AI, legal technology, and digital transformation.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an engaging and persuasive manner.
• Proven ability to influence and drive adoption of new technologies among diverse stakeholders, including attorneys and clients.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of designing and implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Experience in marketing, training, or business development is a plus.
