Responsibilities for Client Reporting Analyst:
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely month-end reports detailing client, office, and practice group performance.
- Draft written analysis to provide meaningful context and insights alongside financial reporting.
- Assist in the development of presentations for the Executive Committee, practice groups, and client teams.
- Analyze matter budgets, unbilled time, and profitability in support of client billing processes.
- Develop pricing models and strategic financial scenarios for new and existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Diversity) to support client proposals, pitches, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and reconcile the client reporting database, ensuring accuracy of matter coding and data integrity.
Qualifications for Client Reporting Analyst:
- 1–2 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar accounting/finance role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours based on operational needs.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
