Position: Risk & Conflicts Analyst (Global Law Firm)
Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid)

Comp Package: Base salary to $75K, Paid Overtime, Full Benefits, Tuition Reimbursement, Bonus, 401K , etc.
Responsibiliteies for Risk & Conflicts Analyst:
- Analyze reports for Conflict Check Requests related to new business, lateral hires, and trade reports
- Conduct in-depth research on companies, organizations, and individuals, including ownership details, using internal and external databases
- Support client and matter onboarding by performing risk checks on conflicts, confidentiality, client due diligence, jurisdictional concerns, and reputational risks
- Maintain and update client and matter information within internal databases
- Assist with ad-hoc research, special projects, and compliance initiatives within the Risk department
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills, work independently, and be available for occasional overtime as needed
Qualifications for Risk & Conflicts Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree with experience in a professional or legal office environment preferred
- Strong understanding of corporate structures, conflict resolution rules, and governance issues; experience with IntApp Open is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex issues and ask relevant questions
- Proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to assist in administrative tasks and continuously develop expertise
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
