As an Installation & Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service and installation experiences for our valued customers. From addressing inquiries and resolving issues to coordinating with technicians and managing paperwork, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks. The ideal candidate will possess keen problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries regarding service/installation processes and troubleshooting pool issues.
- Generating estimates, ordering parts, and coordinating pool orders to facilitate smooth installations.
- Liaising between field technicians, installers, and customers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with technicians, installers, and customers to uphold our reputation for excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively amidst competing priorities.
- Residency in the Indianapolis area, as this is an in-office position.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
