Basic Function
- Verify patient eligibility via phone, internet, or IVR.
- Calculate and explain financial responsibilities to patients
- Collect Self-pay and deductibles prior to procedures
- Confirm insurance plans are active for all scheduled patients
- Must maintain a friendly and professional tone with patients
- Handle any incoming calls with reference to patient responsibility
Experience
Prior work-related experience required, Spanish is a plus
