Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Centrifuge & Equipment Sales Manager to lead our equipment sale business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial equipment sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role involves entrepreneurial drive, strategic planning, and continual interaction with key prospects clients to ensure our solutions meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expanding the company’s market presence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key prospects and clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure customer needs are effectively translated into tailored solutions.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent technical and sales experience).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial rotating equipment sales
- In-depth knowledge of centrifuge technology and related industrial equipment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
