Chase & Associates is growing, and we’re looking to hire an additional client facing Search Consultant on our Commercial team in Austin, TX office. We’ve been in the market for 50 years; we specializes in executive and managerial placements, from middle management to c-suite levels.
Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting and cold calling within target market
Client facing / organic account development and maintain existing relationships
Identify, screen and phone interview prospective candidates
Assist in the sales and marketing of new and existing clients to candidates through phone calls, client visits, trade show attendance and candidate interviews
Participate in annual and long-term planning related to client development and market development
Provide detailed candidate assessments for assigned searches to the lead search consultant
Develop and implement strategy, as directed by the lead search consultant, in order to target specific companies to recruit from, for specific searches, in the interests of our clients
Conduct detailed candidate profiles (interviews), with the intent to match the best suited candidate for our clients. Special attention to product and responsibility background, culture fit, and willingness to make a change for the right opportunity
Experience & Education :
3 years of experience in Executive Search recruiting
Recruiting in the Packaging industry is highly preferred but not required
BS or BA in a technical or business discipline is preferred

Experience & Education :
2-3 years of Agency Recruiting experience
BS or BA in a technical or business discipline is preferred
