The Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Associate Recruiter to join our team. This role is perfect for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to grow fast in a high-impact environment. You’ll be on the frontlines of our recruitment process, managing high-volume pipelines and qualifying a large number of inbound applicants using our proprietary AI platform and other sourcing tools.
What You’ll Do:
- Review and screen a high volume of inbound applications daily
- Use our proprietary AI recruitment tool to help identify top-matching candidates
- Source passive candidates across job boards, databases, and LinkedIn
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit
- Manage and organize candidate pipelines within our ATS
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers on open roles
- Ensure timely follow-ups and a strong candidate experience
- Flag and prioritize top candidates for quick client submission
What You Bring:
- 2 years of agency recruiting, sourcing, or high volume talent acquisition experience
- Comfort with high-volume recruiting and juggling multiple requisitions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A bias for action and comfort using technology platforms, CRMs, or ATS systems
- Curiosity to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced team
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for connecting people to opportunities
