The Bridger Group , comprised of expert-level professionals, excel at tailoring solutions for our client's most challenging imperatives in the areas of Building Products and Commercial Interior Products. We are actively hiring a part-time or full time Marketing Brand / Content Strategist to join our Grand Rapids, Michigan office. This is not a remote role.

Essential Functions :

• A high energy individual with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Improve brand recognition and reputation, as well as brand building
• Familiar with keyword placement and SEO.
• Excellent grammar, writing, proofreading, and editing skills. Knowledge of AP style a bonus.
• Ability to generate content that inspires action, teaches, and entertains.
• Self-motivator with strong organizational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator.
• Analyze brand positioning, customer insights, market trends and competitors' activities
• Shape and communicate our brand vision and mission
• Monitor market trends, research customer markets and competitors' activities
• Contribute to creative development to ensure adherence to brand standards, mission, and goals while motivating the target audience to "take action"
• Improve the brand's reach to new customers, strengthen the brand's connection to existing customers - building brand loyalty
• Consistently brainstorm to generate new ideas and strategies to move the brand forward
• Develop comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies and identify key channels to effectively reach and engage with target candidates
• Lead the social strategy for recruitment marketing on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Manage marketing strategies including advertising campaigns to effectively drive leads and overall conversions
