Kaye Bender Rembaum in Pompano Beach is a high volume, large Community Association law firm. We are growing and need a full-time experienced Litigation Paralegal for our non-foreclosure Litigation Department. Excellent working environment, competitive salary, health care benefits and 401k.

Requirements :
A minimum of 5 years of Civil Litigation experience
Motivated self-starter with strong organizational
Able to manage large volume of case loads
Strong case management skills
Community Association experience preferred, but not required
Must be able to commute within reasonable distance to our office in Pompano Beach.
Demonstrated experience with the following :
Preparing Complaints, Summonses and pleadings in County, Circuit and Federal Court cases;
E- Filing of Complaints, Summonses and pleadings in County, Circuit and Federal Court cases;
E-Service of documents to parties;
Scheduling and confirming hearings, depositions, mediation, trials and meetings;
Managing daily / weekly / monthly diary and task calendar for multiple attorneys;
Preparation of correspondence;
High volume document management and control; maintaining Litigation files;
Proficiency with Wordperfect, Word and Microsoft Outlook programs
Assisting attorneys to prepare for hearings and trials
Professional and courteous interaction with court staff, clients, property managers and opposing counsel;
Ability to work closely with others in a team environment
Delivering outstanding customer service to clients.
