Job Responsibilities
Main Duties and Authorities Include:
1. Event Coordination
The Recruiting and Marketing Events Coordinator ensures compliance with EEOC requirements by coordinating events for the site in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
2. HR System Management
HR processes around recruitment, performance management, compensation, workforce management, etc. are managed using various online HR Information Systems.
3. Compensation Management
Compensation issues are addressed as needed to ensure consistency internally and within the local market.
4. Performance Appraisal and Evaluation
Performance appraisals, job evaluations, educational assistance requests, and corrective/disciplinary action are reviewed and approved to ensure consistency in administration.
5. Guidance and Advice
Advice is provided concerning EEO guidelines, improvement suggestions, and communication needs.
6. Policy Development and Implementation
HR policies are developed, communicated, interpreted, and implemented as needed.
7. Leadership and Project Management
HR related Continuous Improvement projects are led, and site-wide programs related to Affirmative Action, Compensation, Talent Management, Community Relations, Employee Activities, etc. may be coordinated.
8. Data Analysis and Metrics Development
Metrics are developed, data analysis is conducted, and conclusions are drawn from trends related to various measures of HR initiatives, deliverables, and programs.
9. Training and Development
Training is coordinated and led for associates and managers on pertinent human resource, development, and policy topics.
10. Regulatory Compliance
Compliance with HR regulatory legal mandates, such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and Title VII is ensured.
11. Other Duties
Duties are performed as required to support the needs of the business.
A diverse talented workforce, a relationship of trust with clients and associates, and proactive customer service for all levels of the organization are prioritized.
This position does not supervise any associates at any level.
Education and Experience
A BA/BS degree in Business or behavioral science related field is required; a Graduate degree in Human Resources Management/Administration or related field is preferred.
Minimum experience of 1-3 years in the Human Resources field is required; experience with HRIS systems is preferred.
