Job Responsibilities
- Engage in online robot programming for Sealer, UBC, and Dampening, running trials and adjusting parameters to meet quality standards.
- Conduct online robot programming for Primer, Base, and Clear, ensuring trials are run and parameters adjusted accordingly.
- Perform offline robot programming using simulation software for reach studies and cycle time analysis, with knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software.
- Evaluate quality using elco-meters, wave-scan, and X-Rite to ensure compliance with standards.
- Create handover documents by capturing snapshots of robot processes for the NAMCs.
- Communicate effectively using Microsoft Office Suite and maintain clear written communication.

- Experience with Kawasaki Robots and Fanuc Robots (programming and troubleshooting).
- Experience with Digital Engineering.
- Additional related certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Interview Process:
- The interview process will include a STAR/Video interview of 30 minutes with the Hiring Manager and other managers. If necessary, a second round may be conducted.
