Salesforce Copado DevOps Engineer

Contract description

We currently have a contract opportunity for a Salesforce Copado DevOps Engineer to lend specific subject matter knowledge around ensuring the reliability and performance of our Salesforce application

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines specifically for Salesforce applications to ensure efficient deployment processes.
• Automate deployment processes utilizing tools such as Copado, enhancing the overall deployment workflow.
• Manage version control systems, ensuring proper branching strategies are in place for effective collaboration.
• Set up and maintain various Salesforce environments, including development, testing, staging, and production, to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Monitor application performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Salesforce development and deployment processes, particularly with Copado.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and align on project goals and timelines.
• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation for deployment processes, configurations, and best practices, along with providing training and support to team members on DevOps practices and tools.
