SAP OTC Specialist

Job Title: SAP OTC Specialist
Location: York, PA/ Charlotte, NC (travel required 1-2 Times a month )
Duration: 7 Months

Job Description:
Our team is looking to identify a Senior SMR in SAP OTC. They need someone with 10 years of experience leading SAP OTC deployments, in depth knowledge of the SAP SD module, experience working with SAP Order Management and Processing, and Pricing Design. Consultative skills and communication should be sharp as well. 40 hours/week, travel up to 1-2 times per month (to either Charlotte, NC or York, PA) but if a great candidate is only open to remote, they'll consider them. Candidates should be expected to work EST hours.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize SAP SD module functionalities, focusing on order management and processing.
• Design and configure pricing strategies tailored for a multi-business unit ecosystem to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Help drive the workstream and coordinate with client counterparts at various organizational levels to ensure project alignment and success.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP order management tools and processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience with the SAP SD module, specifically in order management and processing.
• Strong background in pricing design and strategy within a multi-business unit environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to assist in the work of other team members when needed.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP certifications are a plus.
