Our U.S. based Manufacturing client is looking for a SAP OTC Senior Manager / Lead for a remote contract opportunity. The consultant will oversee and guide SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and integration initiatives for a leading dental equipment manufacturer. This long-term contract role involves working remotely with occasional travel (up to 25%) to the client site in York, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP OTC initiatives with a strong focus on integration with Salesforce CRM
- Manage and maintain high-quality client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-Salesforce integration issues while ensuring data consistency
- Drive sales order processing improvements and best practices
- Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional project teams
Required Qualifications:
- 8 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes
- 3 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce CRM integration
- Familiarity with middleware tools like SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, etc.
- Deep understanding of sales order processing lifecycle in SAP
- Strong communication, client management, and team leadership skills
- Experience in the dental or medical equipment industry is a plus
