Position Overview : PeopleSoft Benefits Administration / Specialist :
This role operates within a co-sourcing model, collaborating closely with the client's team as a member of the PeopleSoft Benefits operations team. The position is integral to managing and maintaining the PeopleSoft Benefits Administration system. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate benefit enrollments, updating or correcting benefit information, verifying that vendors receive precise enrollment data, and managing annual enrollment activities.
Collaboration primarily involves working with the Tier 2 Benefits team, Core HR Administration team, Payroll teams, and technical teams to develop new enhancements, address bug fixes, build or modify existing interfaces, and implement customizations.
Responsibilities :
1. Handling HRHD Cases
- Reverse terminations
b. Updating the term dates
c. Correcting the enrollments and many other transactions.
2. Manage annual enrollment activities.
3. Configuring Benefits Rates and Coverages
4. Configuring Eligibility and Event rules
5. Work on Ad-hoc requests such as new acquisitions, fixing out of sequence events etc.
6. Collaborate with HR team to fix any data issue identified during benefits processing
7. Testing new changes including configuration / enhancements / bug fixes etc.
