Annual Salary Range
The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Shift Hours: Position will require day shift hours.
Overview: Seeking an experienced Team lead, PMP to support Enterprise Transport Management (ETM) Engineering Change Proposal (ECPs) process. Experience with DISA JSP desired.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead the Requirements Evaluation & Design for Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
- Analyze ECP requirements and develop a proposed technical solution that meets cost/schedule and ECP catalog requirements.
- Develop and execute ECPs such as customer specific projects, system upgrades, Transport Network Modernization and Optimization, Systems Transitions and Technology refreshment projects.
- Involved with the full ECP Execution process - project approach, project plans, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Work Breakdown structure (WBS), Engineering Installation Plans (EIPs), Circuit Installation Plans (CIPs) and supporting project design and planning documents and cost elements.
- Involved with ECP completion and closeout process
- Prepare ECP updates and deliverables as required
Basic Qualifications
Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required); Masters Degree preferred.
Clearance Requirements: Active DOD Secret Clearance
Years of Experience: 5 years as a lead Project Manager and 5 years in a DoD IT environment.
Certification Requirements: Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (minimum)
Experience/Skill Requirement:
- Outstanding mathematics and IT abilities
- Proficient in preparing detailed cost estimate reports
- Proficient in relevant software tools including MS Office
- Proven self-management and team management skills
- Must possess expert managerial, leadership and communication skills

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
