We are currently recruiting an Intern for our Paris office, a

Junior Chief of Staff to the CEO H/F

As we scale our team, we’re on the hunt for a talented Junior Chief of Staff, working directly with the CEO. Your main responsibility is to maximize qualitative output of the leadership team and help building CEO’s priorities.

You will assist the CEO’s in his day to day job and support him by:

• · Designing strategic reports, build competitive and sectoral analyses
• · Preparing and work on strategic projects: meeting preparation and organization, follow-ups on deliverables, recommendations

As a Junior Chief of Staff, you will gain exposure to various aspects of the enterprise business (market research, steering committees’ organization, business development, etc.), while acting as a second arm to the Executive. This list is therefore not exhaustive.

This is an ideal opportunity if you are looking for a six-month internship starting in as soon as possible, and you want to join a fast-growing impact driven start-up

What we are ideally looking for

We are in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented, low ego high achiever who can help hold the organization to account whilst building solid and authentic relationships with the team.

• You have recently graduated from a Tier 1 Grande Ecole de Commerce or Science Po (mandatory)
• You have already done a first internship in a challenging environment (fast growing start-up, top-tier management consulting, investment banking or private equity)
• You are an excellent communicant & relationship builder
• You have a perfect English, written and spoken.
• You have very strong problem solving and analytical skills: proven ability to break problems down into components and propose elegant solutions
• You are results-driven

Recruitment process
