The Closing Coordinator handles all starts/permits and closings for the division. This position is responsible for working closely with and providing a communication link between the sales managers, sales representatives, construction, preferred lender and Title Company.
Essential Duties And Responsibilites
Education: Minimum of a high school education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Prefer at least over 2 years of builder Contract Coordination and/or Starts/Permitting experience. Previous title company or lender experience also acceptable.

The Closing Coordinator handles all starts/permits and closings for the division. This position is responsible for working closely with and providing a communication link between the sales managers, sales representatives, construction, preferred lender and Title Company.
Essential Duties And Responsibilites
- Coordinate all necessary documents, appraisals, and inspections with lenders and Title Company on pending loans.
- Review and distribute all daily starts with Operations leadership. Handle permitting process
- Maintain data entry for Starts and Closings report.
- Manage the daily starts and closings meetings – gather and update all pertinent information
- Manage pending sale process. Track sales reporting and open escrow.
- Coordinate contract process, including auditing of all contracts. Track Loan Approval
Education: Minimum of a high school education; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Work 8-hour days with flexibility for overtime when necessary
- Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to potential buyers, trade partners, and coworkers to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company
