The New Home Sales Counselor is responsible for engaging with prospective buyers, conducting sales, and securing final agreements for newly built homes. This role actively seeks new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, provide sales materials, and respond to inquiries.
Demonstrate models, explain floor plans, and discuss construction options.
Overcome objections, negotiate, and close sales.
Assist buyers with financing applications and related paperwork.
Maintain sales documentation and follow up with buyers until closing.
Ensure sales models and community spaces are well-maintained and presentable.
Conduct competitive market analysis and collaborate with real estate brokers.
Organize and host community events and grand openings.
Qualifications:
Previous 2 years of sales experience required (new home sales preferred).
Current local real estate license and valid driver’s license required.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Goal-driven with a customer-centric approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual earnings: $125,000 to $175,000 (includes base salary and commissions).
Base salary: $60,000 plus commission.
