Project Coordinator

Seeking a Project Coordinator to join a great industrial engineering contractor team in Fort Wayne, IN helping to manage multiple construction software platforms, managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting project managers as needed.

Project Coordinator Tasks:

• Help manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements
• Maintain comprehensive records management systems for all contracts and related documents
• Oversee contractor management processes, ensuring all parties meet their obligations
• Maintain organized records of all licensing applications, ensuring secure storage and access
• Track and update the status of license applications in a timely manner
• Ensure all documents are filed properly and are easily retrievable
• Coordinate license renewals prior to expiration
• Maintain project files, organizing documents and managing data entry (Procore)

Project Coordinator Profile:

• 5 yrs experience in construction management services
• Experience with construction specifications, front-end document procedures, and construction contract administration experience
• Experience with Procore, Monday.com, Planner, Adobe Pro, Bluebeam, MS Teams and Microsoft Suite
• Ability to lead multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strategic, big picture thinker with an analytical and technical orientation
• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Communication Skills

Project Coordinator Benefits:

• Salary Range: $52,000 - $65,000
