Live-In Nanny Locust Valley

Compensation:

$1200-1450/week

Schedule:

Schedule: ✔️ Monday-Friday: 7 AM - 7 PM (flexibility required if mom is running late) ✔️ Live-in position with a private bedroom and bathroom ✔️ Must be comfortable occasionally monitoring the children overnight (not every week) ✔️ Start date: ASAP (goal to train alongside the current nanny before transition)

Description:

Responsibilities:
✔️ Care for the 3-year-old full-time while older children are in school
✔️ School drop-offs, pickups, and activity transportation for all children
✔️ Plan engaging activities such as arts and crafts
✔️ Light housekeeping, including tidying up, organizing, and keeping common areas clean
✔️ Assist with meal preparation for the children
✔️ Help with homework and keeping schedules organized
✔️ Occasionally monitor the children overnight (not every week)
✔️ Travel with the family domestically as needed (international travel preferred but not required)

Requirements:
✔️ Must have at least 5 years of nanny experience with verifiable references
✔️ Must be a professional, experienced nanny with a strong background in childcare
✔️ Comfortable driving (family provides a car for the nanny)
✔️ Looking for a long-term commitment with a structured and organized family
✔️ Must be mature and responsible (not seeking someone who frequently goes out or an au pair-type candidate)
✔️ Must be comfortable with a hands-on mom who assists with routines when needed
✔️ Family has professional cleaners 3x per week, but the nanny is expected to keep things tidy
