Responsibilities:
✔️ Care for both children, including school and camp drop-off/pick-up
✔️ Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and play
✔️ Light cooking for the children
✔️ Household laundry
✔️ Support with milestones (e.g., potty training, language development)
✔️ Set up playdates and create a fun, structured day
✔️ Occasionally travel with the family (domestic/international – a plus but not required)

Requirements:
✔️ Must be a very safe and confident driver (car provided)
✔️ Developmentally focused and proactive
✔️ Kind, respectful, and dependable with a can-do attitude
✔️ Comfortable with a friendly family dog
✔️ Excellent communicator (fluent English not required, but must speak clearly)
✔️ Willingness to pitch in and be a team player
✔️ Long-term commitment preferred
