KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Proactively source and manage your own leads to build a robust pipeline of clients.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage process with expert advice and a client-first approach.
  • Collaborate with clients to find tailored solutions, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Drive sales from start to finish, seeing each deal through with precision and dedication.
  • Goals for the First 90 Days :

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of mortgage products and the home-buying process.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective lead management.
  • Achieve proficiency in our CRM system to enhance your efficiency and client tracking.
  • OUR IDEAL MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER :

  • Experience Required : Demonstrated success in mortgage sales, including sourcing and closing loans-this is not an entry-level role.
  • Licensed Professional : Active MLO license in at least one of the following states : WA, AZ, CO, TX, GA, FL.
  • Sales Expertise : Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into closed loans.
  • Driven and Results-Oriented : Highly motivated to work hard, exceed targets, and achieve personal and professional goals.
  • Resilience and Optimism : Face challenges with a positive outlook and use setbacks as motivation.
  • Effective Communication : Ability to clearly communicate complex mortgage concepts in an accessible manner.
