Job Summary:
KBI Technologies is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the efficiency, safety, and functionality of our production machinery and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies, and the ability to implement improvements in maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure all equipment, utilities, and systems are functioning safely and efficiently.
· Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and schedule necessary repairs.
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
· Lead and train a maintenance team to adhere to best practices and safety standards.
· Analyze operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
· Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inventory.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, or heavy machinery environment.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Hands-on experience with production lines, electrical systems, HVAC, and facility maintenance.
· Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
