Job Summary
KBKG is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead and optimize our SDR team, driving pipeline growth through effective outreach strategies. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader with experience in people management, team building, CRM management, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build, lead, mentor, and coach the SDR team to exceed opportunity, pipeline and revenue targets.
- Develop and refine inbound and outbound sales strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Oversee prospecting efforts and optimize lead qualification processes.
- Manage and optimize KPI's, ensuring data integrity and pipeline visibility.
- Leverage technology for marketing automation and nurture campaign execution.
- Utilize technology to enhance sales engagement and outreach effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales leadership to align prospecting efforts.
- Track, analyze, and report on SDR performance, implementing data-driven improvements.
- Drive process efficiencies and best practices to scale SDR operations.
Qualifications & Experience :
Salary range 100 -125K annually
