Are you an experienced radio personality with a passion for country music? Do you thrive in a live, in-studio setting? KBOE 104.9FM in Oskaloosa, Iowa, has an immediate opening for an energetic, skilled on-air talent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host live, engaging radio shows (NOT remote voice tracking)
- Provide great content, including music, news, and local sports
- Occasionally engage with listeners through call-ins and live events
- Collaborate with fellow team members in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Prior on-air radio experience is REQUIRED
- Knowledge of current country music and artists preferred
- Availability to work weekdays, with some weekend engagements
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse audience
Founded on November 15, 1950, KBOE-FM is southeast Iowa’s home for "Hot Country," local sports coverage, Iowa Hawkeye football and basketball, local news, and much more!
