Role Overview:
KBPR is seeking a sharp, organized, and highly connected VIP Coordinator to support our fashion gifting division. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in fashion or talent PR, with a strong pulse on emerging tastemakers, stylists, and content creators. You will play a key role in executing gifting strategies, building curated outreach lists, and supporting elevated seeding moments that drive meaningful brand exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all gifting and seeding efforts across VIPs, stylists, digital creators, and cultural figures
- Research and maintain talent lists aligned with each client’s unique brand positioning
- Manage product pulls, inventory tracking, and timely shipping and delivery of mailers and samples
- Coordinate with stylists, influencer reps, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of gifting
- Assist in concepting and producing creative gifting moments and high-touch seeding campaigns
- Monitor social coverage and flag earned placements across Instagram, TikTok, and press
- Maintain sample closets and showroom organization for client collections
- Support in building seeding recap decks and coverage reports for client review
- Stay current on cultural moments, relevant events, and emerging VIP talent to inform outreach
Ideal Candidate:
- 2–3 years of experience in fashion PR, celebrity/influencer gifting, or stylist relations
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Familiar with sample trafficking systems such as Fashion GPS or Launchmetrics
- Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced boutique agency environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Has a keen eye for talent-brand alignment and understands the value of thoughtful placement
- Passionate about fashion, social trends, and the evolving media and creator landscape
- Existing relationships with stylists, reps, or VIP talent
- Experience producing influencer or VIP mailers from concept to delivery
- An interest in working across both fashion and beauty brands within a boutique agency setting
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
