KBR is looking for a Knowledge Manager to support our team in Arlington, VA.

- Extensive experience in knowledge management, technical writing, communities' management, records management, and curriculum development and requirements gathering.
- Responsible for review, analysis, quality assurance, cataloging, and metadata management of holdings across the data lifecycle of digital assets
- Provide quality control and quality assurance support for digital records and systems IAW DAF and DoD directives
- Possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to translate ambiguity and incomplete information into insights and documentation
- Create a forum for following campaigns, communicating evaluated solutions, and standardizing documentation
- Gather, analyze, and compose technical information regarding the systems and services
- Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentation to be used by technical and non-technical personnel

- Travel Requirements: Minimal
- Working Hours: Standard
- Minimum of 10 years of general Knowledge Management
- BA Degree
- 4 years of Process Improvement, Process Documentation, and Process Analysis
- 3 years of Technical Writing experience.
- Certified Knowledge Manager Certification (Knowledge Management Institute)
- TS SCI Clearance
- SharePoint expertise not necessarily required
- JIRA, MS Project, and or Smartsheet experience desired
