The administrator will oversee the full range of procurement and subcontract management, from pre-award activities to closeout. Under general supervision, this role will require problem-solving skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to navigate both field and best practices in subcontract administration.

Under general supervision, this role will require problem-solving skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to navigate both field and best practices in subcontract administration.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the subcontracts lifecycle as associated with procurement activity.
- Issue requests for proposals, evaluate proposals, and qualify suppliers.
- Maintain accurate subcontract files in compliance with established procedures.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to steer best practices for the group.
- Display expertise within the subcontracting focus and seek continuous within both processes and individual skills improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in subcontract administration or related procurement activities
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, proposal evaluation, and subcontract management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Previous experience working with government contracts and their compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with subcontractor claims resolution
- Experience using procurement software or contract management systems
