Shift: Monday - Friday 7am till 3:30pm

Pay Rate: $21.00

Job Overview:

• Coordinate recruiting for the designated site to include communication with the KBSRecruitingTeam
• Assist with local job fairs and recruitment events
• Assist the Site Manager with onboarding of new employees
• Maintenance of training and Site Manager’s employee files
• Assist Site Manager with maintaining compliance with all company policies andprocedures
• Provide the Site Manager with regular reporting on staffing deficiencies and recruitmentneeds
