- Time And Attendance Clerk:
- The Primary Purpose Of This Position Is To Provide Process And Transactional Support For Finance.
- This Position Will Perform A Variety Of Functions Including The Preparation Of Reports And The Maintaining The Integrity Of The No Fault Point System.
- The Administrator Must Be Able To Use Data Bases And Spreadsheet For Data Analysis.
- This Role Will Run Reports Out Of Various Hr Systems (Work Day And Kronos), Pass Out And Account For Disciplines That Are Given To The Tm’s.
- The Role Scans And Files Documents Electronically.
- The Administrator Will Have The Opportunity To Work With All Departments And Levels Of Leadership In A Collaborative Team Based Environment.
- The Administrator Will Answer Question From Tm’s .
- The Ability To Be Self-Sufficient And Self-Directed Are A Key To Success In This Position.
- Time & Attendance Clerks Are Responsible For With The Tracking Of Light Duty, Assisting Hr With The Attendance Policies, Filing And Other Assigned Duties.
- T&A Provides Plant Supervisors With The Paperwork They Need To Document Needed Changes To Their Team.
- Liaise With The Hr Department To Ensure Accurate Information.
- Utilize Computer Software For Data Entry And Accounts Management.
- File Relevant Reports And Documents As Needed.
Requirements/Skills:
- Experience: 2-3 Office Experience, Time, And Attendance Experience. Software: 1-3 Years’ Experience Kronos, Excel, Workday Education: High School Diploma Or Ged Preferred.
- Maintain Personal And Confidential Information For Various Team Members Computer Skills: Applicants Must Have A Working Knowledge Of A Personal Computer And A High Proficiency On Excel Worksheets.
- Special Skills: 10-Key Preferred Communication: Strong Communication Skills A Must. Work With Various Supervisors Daily.
- Organizational: Good Organizational Skills And An Eye For Details A Must. Verify Employee Records And Consult Departments In The Event Of A Discrepancy.
