Duration: 3 months Contract Role with a possibility of extension
Pay rate 21/hr on W2 without benefits
Shift : 7 AM to 4 PM
Job Description:
- Time and Attendance Clerk:
- The primary purpose of this position is to provide process and transactional support for Finance.
- This position will perform a variety of functions including the preparation of reports and the maintaining the integrity of the No Fault Point System.
- The Administrator must be able to use data bases and spreadsheet for data analysis.
- This role will run reports out of various HR systems (Work Day and Kronos), pass out and account for disciplines that are given to the TM’s.
- The role scans and files documents electronically.
- The Administrator will have the opportunity to work with all departments and levels of leadership in a collaborative team based environment.
- The administrator will answer question from TM’s .
- The ability to be self-sufficient and self-directed are a key to success in this position.
- Time & Attendance clerks are responsible for with the tracking of light duty, assisting HR with the attendance policies, filing and other assigned duties.
- T&A provides plant supervisors with the paperwork they need to document needed changes to their team.
- Liaise with the HR department to ensure accurate information.
- Utilize computer software for data entry and accounts management.
- File relevant reports and documents as needed.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Experience: 2-3 Office Experience, Time, and Attendance Experience.
- Software: 1-3 years’ experience Kronos, Excel,
- Workday Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Maintain personal and confidential information for various Team Members Computer Skills: Applicants must have a working knowledge of a personal computer and a high proficiency on Excel worksheets.
- Special Skills: 10-key preferred Communication: Strong communication skills a must. Work with various supervisors daily.
- Organizational: Good organizational skills and an eye for details a must. verify employee records and consult departments in the event of a discrepancy.
