Job Description:
This position is 100% on-site. - 7 AM to 4 PM
Time and Attendance Clerk:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide process and transactional support for Finance.
This position will perform a variety of functions including the preparation of reports and the maintaining the integrity of the No Fault Point System.
The Administrator must be able to use data bases and spreadsheet for data analysis.
This role will run reports out of various HR systems (Work Day and Kronos), pass out and account for disciplines that are given to the TM’s.
The role scans and files documents electronically.
The Administrator will have the opportunity to work with all departments and levels of leadership in a collaborative team based environment.
The administrator will answer question from TM’s .
The ability to be self-sufficient and self-directed are a key to success in this position.
Time & Attendance clerks are responsible for with the tracking of light duty, assisting HR with the attendance policies, filing and other assigned duties.
T&A provides plant supervisors with the paperwork they need to document needed changes to their team.
Liaise with the HR department to ensure accurate information.
Utilize computer software for data entry and accounts management.
File relevant reports and documents as needed.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
Experience: 2-3 Office Experience, Time, and Attendance Experience.
Software: 1-3 years’ experience Kronos, Excel,
Workday Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Maintain personal and confidential information for various Team Members Computer Skills: Applicants must have a working knowledge of a personal computer and a high proficiency on Excel worksheets.
Special Skills: 10-key preferred Communication: Strong communication skills a must. Work with various supervisors daily.
Organizational: Good organizational skills and an eye for details a must. verify employee records and consult departments in the event of a discrepancy.
Soft Skills: Dependable.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
