- Oversee the end-to-end consolidated financial close and reporting cycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of unified financial narratives for a global portfolio.
- Assemble and refine the trio of consolidated financial statements, weaving together data from 35 distinct entities scattered across international borders.
- Navigate the complexities of multiple ERP systems—currently eight, transitioning to a unified NetSuite platform—while supporting the rollout of a new consolidation tool to streamline processes.
- Drive the standardization of financial reporting practices, laying the groundwork for scalable best practices amidst an aggressive acquisition strategy.
- Manage foreign exchange considerations, ensuring precise translation and integration of multi-currency financials into cohesive reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting outputs with the evolving needs of a high-tech manufacturing enterprise.
- Adapt to the dynamic demands of a growth-focused organization, providing actionable insights to support ongoing and future acquisitions.
- Demonstrated expertise in orchestrating financial consolidations across a diverse, multi-entity landscape, preferably on an international scale.
- Proven acumen in handling foreign exchange dynamics within financial reporting and consolidation frameworks.
