Responsibilities For The Financial Reporting Manager Include

• Prepares SEC filings and supporting documentation
• Technical accounting research to support the Controller and global business units
• Policy drafting for new pronouncements and provide procedural guidelines
• Manage equity and lease accounting
• Financial statement preparation
• Support Revenue Recognition Manager and month end close
• Assist with annual audit
• Provide assistance to the Controller for ad hoc requests
  
  

Requirements For The Financial Reporting Manager Include

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• More than five years progressive accounting experience
• Prior public accounting experience with one of the larger firms and CPA required
• Prior SEC reporting experience
• Good systems skills
  
  

Compensation: to $165,000 plus bonus and benefits
