Accounting Manager

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a local retail company in the Springfield, MA area that is searching for an Accounting Manager. Our client is very motivated to hire and is seeking a candidate that can start immediately. This a direct hire opportunity.

The responsibilities for the Accounting Manager will include but will not be limited to:

• Financial reporting and modeling
• Management of AP/AR processes
• Sales tax
• Budgeting/forecasting
• Month end close
• Journal entries
• Reconciliations
• Invoicing/billing
  
  

The ideal candidate for the Accounting Manager should have experience that meets the following requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting required
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Strong Excel experience
