Responsibilities
- Leverage 3 years of accounts payable and ERP implementation experience (preferably Lawson) to support system projects.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle A/P, including research finance, general accounting, grants, funds, and project accounting.
- Utilize understanding of direct and indirect burdens to optimize financial processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute multiple projects, ensuring seamless integration of A/P functionalities.
- Document processes and produce technical writings to support implementation efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred).
- 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable with ERP implementation, ideally Lawson.
- Strong grasp of A/P functions and capabilities within ERP systems of similar scope.
- Proficiency in project management concepts for planning and execution in a team setting.
- Excellent written communication skills for project documentation and technical deliverables.
