AP/AR Specialist

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a local non-profit in the Springfield, MA area that is searching for an AP/AR Specialist. Our client is very motivated to hire and is seeking a candidate that can start immediately. This a contract-to-hire opportunity.

The responsibilities for the Bookkeeper will include but will not be limited to:

• AP/AR
• Invoicing/billing
• Month end close
• Journal entries
• Payroll
• Payment posting
  
  

The ideal candidate for the Bookkeeper should have experience that meets the following requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organization skills
